Go for a walk is underestimated nowadays. It can help you to clarify your mind and get away from your problems, at least for a while. On my descriptions I usually tell the people if it is a good place to take a walk or not, I think some of them appreciate it, and I believe it is important in order to encourage persons to do an activity that would help on their health.
Very simple idea but it can be powerfull on large scale, as it is Google Maps.
