If you were suspended you were not able to post this question on Connect. And if you created a second Local Guides account you violated the guidelines again.
You can hope a Google moderator will reach out to you in private and offer to delete the post, but in my experience a single violation is not likely to be the only reason for suspension. And if one post was really bad, I would expect it would have been removed by the moderators.
Hoping for a resolution.
