As per your question - Please note that points loss might occur for several reasons. One is that some of your contributions may be marked private if they do not adhere to our Maps User Contributed Content Policy (reviews, photos and videos). This results in a points loss. Please take some time to check your contributions and check what has been marked as private. However, the most common reasons for points to drop is the answer removal: Points can drop depending of your setting for Google’s My Activity . Please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?. Make sure that your answers are not automatically deleted. Hope this was helpful!
