Hello everyone.
Becoming a Local Guide turns out one of my best decisions. Back to the old day, I signed up Google maps just to post some pictures of my business. Then I totally forgot about it. However, one day when I came back from work, my parents were discussing where to celebrate my fourth birthday for my only son. I have to add that My girlfriend and I had broken up and our son has lived with his mom in the US. I rarely meet my son and as a result we don’t feel connected much. As the birthday is the first time I have celebrated for my son, it was supposed to be awesome. We needed a place which is out door, good food, with spacy kid zone and in the downtown. My parents had raised some options but none of them met all criteria. I begun search on google map and thanks to comments and pictures of Local Guides, we finally found a perfect place. The party was amazing. While the adults were enjoying the seafood, the kid had an enormous play ground to do anything they wanted to do. They were running and yelling all day outdoor without hesitation. At the end of the party, my sweaty smiling son gave me a big hug and said I love you Dad, because you are a hero. Unbelievable, I have become my son’s hero. And I find the sharing of Local Guide help me a lot. I felt so grateful that I decided to share my pixs and comments to pay forward. Surprisingly, through sharing, I feel I’m helpful and useful to someone out there. Every time my comments or photos are seen, I feel I exist in life. Sharing is actually have such a strange power, to me and probably to many.
