Probably its a bit late to reply to you. What I am seeing here to cancel is the duplicate post.
You had made 2 posts with same content. So we suggest you to make only one post for the same content.
In case of meet up, though you are attending the meetup alone too but you don’t need to cancel it. Every journey begins from the single step.
I am sharing the following link to illustrate you that even being alone too we can conduct a meet up.

dear @JafarSadiq , this in an unfortunate situations, but it can happen…
In additions to what @BishowvijayaP said, my suggestion is:
- To have at least three or four confirmation, before to submit the Meet-Up
- To prepare the Meet-Up as a team
- To have a detailed schedule of the activities, not just a general idea of what to do
- To give to the persons that confirmed for the Meet-Up a specific responsability (prepare the gadgets, arrange the list and the Meet-Up material, and so on). Everyone that is attending the Meet-Up shoul feel involved

Dear @BishowvijayaP Thanks for your reply, next time I will make sure that I have at least 3-4 LG attending before submitting the meet ups. It’s my my first Hosting and I’m the only attending person. Agin thanks for your advice but it could help me if I would knew that ahead of time.
