I am just thinking about photography and videography for maps who is best 360° camera or DSLR camera ?

For photography or videography I think more than or equal 13 MP with 1080p supported is enough but you could use any think. There is no up or down limit.
For 360° images you could have use a smartphone which have the “gyro” sensor or a specified 360° cameras like ricoh theta V.

You can create 360 photos with your phone, with consumer cameras like the Theta, or with very professional tools. It depends mostly of why you want to take 360 photos. I use my phone and a Theta V
On the next step, you can Publish and connect 360 photos with the Street View app
