One of my new clients(a pharmacy shop) is asking me to create a new business inside view tour and remove a business inside view tour created by Google 12 years ago.
As far as I know Google barely does business inside view tours but in that particular case the business has about 6 x 360 photos done inside a pharmacy in 2010. I thought I could just report all of them as outdated but even that option is gone from reporting on Google Maps. There is simply no relevant option to choose, no photographer to contact and as a Google Street View Trusted(under another profile) I do not even have an option to contact Google and ask. There is no contact us option on pages created for Google Street View Trusted.
The pharmacy is doing renovations now and will be ready for a new tour capture within a few days. The current tour shows only 1/3 of a space of what it is going to be in few days. So Google tour must be removed as it won’t be representing the current state of the business.
I wish Google has never done this tour as with any 3rd party photographer it is much easier to contact them and ask to remove their old tours.
I know there are good mods here on LG boards and even though there is no Street View trusted section on LG connect anymore they still can help.
Please get in touch with me as soon as you can explaining how it can be done or assist with its removal.

Thanks for asking. This forum is for the volunteer local guides only. Business owners have their own help pages and forum. You mentioned that the pharmacy is a client of yours.

It is proabably best if the pharmacy seeks help here rather than you.
The interests as a business owner and a local guide should not be mixed since there can be conflicts of interest. So please delete your account here on Connect should your primary interests be your business.

There you might be able to find relevant help.
Thirdly I would try to make a post for help in one of the Facebook groups for streetview photography.

@DeniGu I need some help from Google to remove their own business INSIDE view 360s from my client’s shop so I can publish a fresh business inside view for them soon.
360s were captured by Google in 2010.
Can anybody help me as my client is about to finish renovation extending their shop three times in size and do not want to confuse their customers with very outdated view?
Not even sure why google went inside their pharmacy in 2010 and did a tour there under their own Google account name.

You are kind of trying to explain me what is obvious after me spending about 4 years in LG and Street View Trusted.
The account I use now to write on this board is not the same account as I use for Trusted. I do not want to be a LG I just want to have access to moderators who work with Google & can help to solve problems related to any Street View problem that is not outlined there.
Help pages created for Trusted is like a joke, they just show common problems and events. There is no way to reach google about specific problems related to Street View. Google kicked us out of LG connect board after their advice on separation and now there is no point of contact for us with Google anymore.
I will try to post in the thread you mention but please tell Google to at least add email support to Street View Trusted Help Centre.

Ohh, I see. But you are disguised as a Level 2 LG here!
I do agree that the new support center for trusted are merely some static pages, some forms, and some updates now and then. My interpretation is that Google no longer wants to provide (email) support to virtual tour makers. If you make a lot of kilometers of blue lines there is still some support for those trusted photographers.
But still, you violated the LG guidelines by creating a new account to represent your business. But you could be lucky that an experienced trusted photographer still here on Connect will share some tips.

Please be informed that I am going to merge this comment to your other post as they represent same topic.
I see there you’ve got a detailed answer under it. Please follow the advise there both for your Street View contributions and the participation in the Local Guides program with more then one account.
In this post you will find useful tips about how to participate in the program while also being a Street View trusted photographer.
I will also relabel the topic you started to the How-tos section of Connect, as this is the place where you may ask questions, share tips and feedback.

This is my personal gmail account and it has nothing to do with my business. My Trusted account is using a different email and I am not breaking any policies. Unless of course you think that signing to LG program with a personal gmail account just to ask for help here is against policies.
And honestly I am not seeking any advice from experienced Street View photographers unless some can tell me a direct & working email address to a google street view team. The problem my client is facing cannot be solved with experience, the street view 360s I am referring to done by Google team(not SV Trusted) in July 2010 and only Google can remove it. I have reported all 360s to google through maps even though they do not even have reason such as “outdated media that no longer represent a place” and I had to be creative. Also my client has acted on my advise and has asked support to remove all outdated 360 images.
I do not believe Google will act on it or at least can do it fast. So I am trying all available channels to reach specific Google team to fix this problem.
