facing problem on my getting likes
while I could see people doing likes for me but it’s not reflected on my counter number
nothing appeared
I think it’s stopped counting
I should reach above 50 but it’s not moving from 21,
anybody could advise me please.

Just be patient, @MeriamBoktor . Sometimes Google needs more time to update it. Just be patient.
The count in that badge is not updated every day, @MeriamBoktor , so you will have to wait a few more days (most probably a week) to be updated.
However, there is a weird behavior in your long sequence of Likes (3 on each reviews, probably always from the same people) also for reviews with only a few words. I think this may be found “suspicious” by Google

No, @MeriamBoktor , the system needs at least one week to update the count.
But I found amazing, or surprising, that a review posted one hour ago already have two likes, especially if the content is not yours (well, the right word is “stolen”)
According to the Maps User Contributed Content Policy "Contributions must be based on real experiences and information. Deliberately fake content, copied or stolen photos, … are all in violation of our policy…
… We also reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or terms of service, and to suspend or delete abusive accounts."
My tip for you is to remove immediately all the reviews and photos copied from the web.
This may save your account, even if you will loose a lot of points

the word of ( stolen) actually shocked me. So as I reach up to this level with full efforts for so many years, not as You mentioned below, I’m considering it volunteering for me with all my happiness.
so for each place I have added I took pictures and for words , sometimes I tried to find their website or their menus or their history, thinking that it will add value when I read about my reviews beside the place history together ,so in humble request Boss , as I’m really trying to add some info, I never thought it’s stealing something from someone or another one. But I will review it again and if that causes problem I don’t mind to remove it.

I’m working in professional fields as I’m professional Architect, and Google for me is one of my comfort place to give them pictures or info freely, spending so much time on it.

What give value to a business is what we do for enriching them, in term of “original content”. I already shared with you what the rules, but now let try a different approach.
How would you feel if you took your rendering, or part of a document created by you, to publish it on some website, as if it were “mine”? Wouldn’t you use the world “Stolen”?
How would you feel if visiting the listing of a business you read the exact same review 10 times, copied from Wikipedia, or from the business website? And how would the business feel? Do you think he would like it? Well, it sounds paradoxical, yet it has happened many times.
It is our originality that can make the difference, describing our subjective experience of the place.

Is this review showing your experience about the university? FYI, You forget to copy one part of the text. You are an architect. Are you a teacher in there? Have you studied in that university?
Are you the author of the Wikipedia page for this?

This said, in Maps and Connect we respect authors right, including yours, and we have no tolerance for plagiarism. You already read the rules. My duty is to help you by informing you about rules and violations then, what to do with them is your own choice.
Google Maps is a comfort place also for me, but it is also a tool that help me, and others, to know the experience of other users, if they enjoyed the visit, if the place was beautiful, useful, or if it wasn’t. If I want to know the history of a place, I can search in Google, I don’t need someone to paste it in his review.
Receiving badges can indeed be motivating, but we don’t contribute for badges, we receive badges because we provide helpful contributions.

I will respectfully answering for your questions as following:
Today I were there and you will find new pictures for that by the date
The service for sure it’s my work and my favorite place by the way where I could find my imagination.
it’s not a product it’s service for students as we are academically qualified with very strong Academic staff.
I added this review on our own way to show up what we are our vision and mission to encourage students joining us .
I wrote another review also for the same place but not academic like this one. And we need to add both by the way.
I don’t know why you asked me if I’m teacher or not, there’s no place here for that answer.

I don’t understand why all of that: because I think you are not doing this to game the system, so I want to inform you that what you are doing is inappropriate. It would be easier for me just to report your profile (there is a specific command in Google Maps for doing that, available to everyone) instead to spend time with you just to explain what you are doing wrong and why. As I think that you are doing wrong thing with a good intention, I am here talking to you. After that, as I said already, to continue or to fix it is obviously up to you. I will not disturb you anymore.
P.S.:
FYI: The appropriate procedure for the University would be to “claim the business” in Google my business (https://www.google.com/business) for them to manage the content as “the owners” of the business
