I love sharing fun, family-friendly places to go and things to do

If you have young children it can be difficult to find family-friendly places that are fun for parents too. For example, I love going out to play trivia, but most places that host trivia nights are 21+. This is inconvenient because I don’t want to have to find a babysitter every time I want to go play trivia, and I shouldn’t have to. I love my daughter and want to do things that we both enjoy. So now that I’m a local guide, I make a point of leaving a review whenever I find a place that’s family-friendly and fun for all ages. I make sure my review includes whether a place is good for children or not. This doesn’t only go for activities: I make a point of reviewing restaurants that bring fruit or fries early so my daughter can eat. Many people may not consider this, but if a child is hungry he/she can become cranky and difficult to handle quickly. Parenting is already difficult, so I try to help other parents out by leaving reviews indicating whether or not a place is good for children.
