I love it when I can communicate a customer first experience on Google Maps

New to Toronto and this has given me the impetus to record my experiences with up to date reviews and those all so important pictures of food!

From my career, I have learnt that having a customer first attitude really helps your customers, the people who are buying your product. As an outlet, Google Maps allows me the opportunity to record reviews on where I’ve had an enjoyable experience and so help reward someone who has gone the extra mile and have been attentive to a customers needs. Occasionally I receive feedback from the review and it makes my day that the owner has seen the review and gives back thanks for showing when a member of staff has been great.

As an example I went to a local gym, the manager was friendly and communicative whilst I waited for a class and both instructors I’ve met made a tough workout, fun and rewarding.
