I love making hyperlapses, (it´s a timelapse where the camera moves ) and when I traveled to Chichen Itza I didn’t miss the opportunity to make two, I will be posting them (and a lot that I have made) hope you like them.
Making this timelapse took me like 15 minutes becauss I took a photo and move a step and repeated that over and over again.
I recommend you to arrive really early because you will have a chance to have a photo without a lot of other tourists.
Also it is relly important to put sunscreen, and drink water, there are a lot of places that sell hats, handcrafts, water and sunscreen.
@LaloPadilla thanks for sharing, I have been there 8 years ago and didn’t have any pictures left, but I have the rainbow absidian stone I bought in near, also we visited underground lake and had a short swim there, it was very refreshing.
@LaloPadilla Yes, I will surely do that in the future! Wow! I did not know that. Does the night show have lights? Do you have any recommendations for a hotel nearby the Temples?
@Reisen Its a day/night tour and a video mapping that is projected over the pyramid and it explains the history
I recommend you to stay in Cancun or Playa del Carmen when you plan your trip you can buy the tour or when you arrive to the hotel. I stayed in Cancun and the van collects all the tourist that bought the tour, we left the hotel at 1 pm and returned to the hotel at 2 am , you will end tired but it´s worth it.
