My full-time job is as a corporate trainer and I love giving feedback to people, helping them be the best they can be. I apply this same philosophy as a Local Host. As much as I am directing people to (and away from) businesses, I want my reviews to help the businesses be even better. Google Maps is a great feedback platform and I have had great dialogues with business owners who have thanked me for my reviews and also sought my feedback on how to improve areas where I commented were below my level of satisfaction. I love being a Local Guide because I love making a difference.
