I wanted to say hello and appreciate you all and quick question if someone can help me.
My photos display well, and I’ve done at least 1000+ reviews, but it says that my ratings are 0?
Also, my reviews don’t always come up on people when I leave them.

Glad to hear you like Google Guides and welcome!
Great question. My ratings also say 0, however that is because after I give the star rating, I then proceed to also type up a review. As long as you typed something out after giving the star rating, your rating will say 0.
Let me know if your case is different.
Additionally, for your reviews not appearing- do you mean only you see it? 
If so,
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content or not match with Format Specific Criteria
If you believe your review is not breaking any rules then please write your issue here in this official Local Guides community thread.
Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps.
