A few weeks ago I needed to do some repairs to one of the excavators at a construction site where I started to work. At first I thought I’d be easy to find online some businesses with the right technicians and spare parts to carry out the job but after spending almost an entire week looking for them I realized that most of the small businesses around didn’t really have an online presence. So I started to add them to google maps with the most detailed information I could find including photos. It turns out that the a few days ago some of the owners of some of these businesses told me that they started to notice more phone calls, more new customers arriving to their shops, more emails and more sales! That was really amazing to hear for me and I felt very happy to have helped this small shops to boost their businesses.
The owners are now committed to constantly monitor their online presence as well as be careful to get good customer reviews
