I Lost Credit (and Points) for Most of my Quick Answers

Within the past few weeks, I seem to have lost credit and points for most of the “quick questions” I’ve answered. It first started a couple weeks ago when the amount of questions I have credit for having answered dropped from a couple thousand to a couple hundred. As a result, my point count dropped from 10 thousand to 7 thousand and my Fact Finder Badge dropped from “Master” to “Novice”. About a week later (a week or so ago from now), I got credit for some of the questions I lost credit for, upping my answers count to 7 hundred and my point count to 8 thousand. Nonetheless, I am still missing credit for a lot of answers, a lot of points that I’ve earned, and my Master Fact Finder badge. Does anybody know how soon this will be fixed or if there’s a workaround?

I suggest you go through the reply in this attached link.

If you have set to delete your activities periodically through the settings in “My activity”, the loss in points can’t be restored.

Thank you for replying. Here is what I currently know:

A) I currently do not have my activities set to periodically delete. Even then, I know that can’t be my issue because of the intense fluctuation between amounts of points, rather than a slow, steady decrease.

B) Coincidentally, just last night my points dropped back down to a couple hundred, like they were a week or so ago.

That being said, I assume this must be a bug. Is Google aware of this bug and if not, is there a way for me to report it?

The only reason I have 8,000+ points and 200+ answers (versus 7,000+ points and 100+ answers) is because I answered some questions last night. Really, I should have between 10,000 and 11,000 points and 2,000+ answers, and my stats have not read that for a few weeks to a month now.
