Today i am coming here to share one of my favorite dish ( Maggi ) photo with you all .
My wife made it for me for our Thanksgiving day.I hope your Thanksgiving is yummy , delicious and testy.
How to make your maggi noodles :
Firstly, Take a vessel, pour some water. Switch on the stove allow the water to boil.
Note: You can add as much water you want. The water should be more than the noodles.
So, once the water starts to boil add the noodles cake and also 2β4 drops of oil, so that the noodles does not stick together.
After boiling to certain time. Check the noodles, if it is cooked to the consistency.
Then turn the stove off. Drain the excess water and also wash the noodles with cold water and place it in a bowl.
In a pan, add 1β2 tb spoon of oil, let the oil heat for 15β20 secs. Then add mustard seeds, When it starts spluttering add 1β2 small green chilies, Curry leaves , Vegetables ( Tomato ) , and turn the stove on low flame, add the maggi masala and little salt. Add some water ( as per your required)
Note: Make sure the stove is set to as low as possible.
After 4- 5 mint your maggi is ready for entering your mouth.
