I redeemed the Google Local Guide reward pin on May 1, 2023. After then I received another mail fromDeutsche Post about my shipment and Tracking Number on May 12, 2023. It’s been 12 weeks, and I await my reward. Please, anyone, help me to get my Google Guide reward.

First of all if you haven’t already, please read “Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first”.
Use the tracking number and please check the location of the package either online or at your post office.
There is a possibility that your package is stuck in the customs.
If you don’t manage to find out where it is, you can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page
