I placed the special edition perk on mid February 2020, but have not received yet, kindly help / advise. Although giving all my details correctly. Now it has been more than 3 months but still I did not receive it.

I got a mail regarding further investigation of my perk!
It is asking to confirm details like name, address and redeem code, So I have confirmed the details by replying to that mail is it ok now?
