I haven't received my Google Guides special edition socks perk

Hell Google Team,

I have applied the Google Guides special edition socks perk in 13th November. Almost 15 week has been gone and my order still pending. Kindly can help me regarding this.

Thank you for reaching out about the special edition perk for Local Guides. We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received your perk yet.

Expected delivery time is 3-6 weeks.

As it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “Need more help” section at the bottom. From there, select “I never received my perk” and double check that we have your shipping information correct. Our shipping team will look into it and get back to you.

One more thing please try to avoid tagging more than one Google moderator in one post.

One thing you can do is that you should go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and enter your unique code into the ‘What can i do about a missing or damaged item?’ section

Further a moderator will instruct through a private message.

PS: tagging a moderator is enough, please avoid overtagging

Hi @Abhishek1221 sorry this option is no longer available.

You can do one thing that is go to FAQs and https://redemption.usbrandaddition.com/LocalGuides/#/faq then go to “why doesn’t my redemption code work” and follow the instructions.

Hi @Anshu3 Thank you for the suggestion, but as per me, the section you are referring is not the correct one. @Abhishek1221 's links has worked that is why he was able to place the order.

So he should work out with ‘Missing Item’ section.

Further i request @Abhishek1221 , please share us some screenshots for the reference, which may confirm what you have said earlier. You may edit or attach some screenshots to help us to serve you better (Order Confirmation, receiving perk email)
