HOW TO GET special-edition perk! for Google local guide. I placed the special edition perk on mid February 2019, but have not received yet, kindly help / advise.

I redeemed a local guide perk i.e. special edition socks! But I didn’t get any confirmation mail. How will I make sure that the order is recieved by them?
What’s the surity that the they will deliever it?

I got Local Guides socks, which I redeemed on 22nd Feb 2019. It was said that it will be delivered in 3-6 weeks but its been 2 months and I have not received anything as of now.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It is true that expected delivery time is 3-6 weeks.
If it has been longer than 6 weeks, go to the FAQs and input your code into the “Need more help” section at the bottom. Select “I never received my perk” and check that we have your shipping info correct.
We’ll look into it and get back to you.
I did not get my socks till now by Google. Can anybody help me with this problem.

I hope you should have received the special edition socks by now. If not, please connect with a Google Moderator, may be they will be able to help you. It usually takes about 2 months before the parcel reaches you.

Even i had redeemed it in February but even after almost 4 months i still haven’t received the special edition socks.Also i cant find the “need more help” button or where to put my order number and check, please advise.

Please help if you can. I received Google socks perk email in 8th February 2009. I redeemed the code, filled in my address. I got a confirmation mail on 14 February 2019, that said google socks are on their way. The waiting time was 3-6 weeks, which has already passed. Earlier, in FAQ section there was a form where I could fill in my query that I have not received my order, but now that form does not show up in FAQ section of perks.
I have asked @TsekoV for help, but no satisfactory solution or reply received yet.
Please help where to request for resending my perk as I have not received it yet OR if you can do the same that will be really nice. If you need my redeem code or order code, I will send.
