I haven't received my Google Guides special edition socks perk

I had received an e-mail to claim my special edition Google Guides special edition perk.

I received another e-mail which stated that my order is on its way. However, I never received it.

Kindly help me with it.

I haven’t received a single perk from Google Local Guides Ever

Despite contributing to Maps for Years!

Something I hadn’t ever known, Google Perks For Local Guides…

I guess all I Will now do is await to be inundated with perks from Google…

Yeah Right!!!, I am not holding out for anything!

But I am now of the opinion that perks for some and nothing for some…

@annu_priya From what I gather from those who had received the shipment in India (apologies if I made a mistake on where you are located), it may take 4-6 weeks to arrive from shipment since it’s apparently shipped from overseas. And since it’s shipped with normal mail, there are chances that some mails could be delayed or lost in transit. I don’t believe a shipment that is lost in transit will be replaced, however, I can’t be certain.

Same problem here. I did not receive the special edition socks (Perk) even after 8 weeks. Google should send some information about the shipment so that we can track and get it.

I redeemed the code and provided the address and other necessary details.
But till now i didnt got it but i got email that it is delivered.
I didn’t got any information about the courier/postal company which is shipping the item.

Redeemed on Feb 8, got mail on Feb 13 that perk is on its way. But not yet received. I think i should wait several days more.

Hi @Chetankum13 I imagine a Googler will respond shortly. Some Local Guides have reported that mail theft is a problem in some countries.

Same here I got the email same as yours but I did everything they instruct on mail but I didn’t get the stuff

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your perk yet. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Tracking numbers are not available.

If it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “Need more help” section at the bottom. From there, select “I never received my perk” and double check that we have your shipping information correct. Our shipping team will look into it and get back to you.

As a side note, I’ve merged your post to this one with an identical issue to keep Connect organised.

I only received a blank envelope. There was no socks inside.

Not able to raise a complaint through given path, trying for 3 days. getting error Oops we’re sorry — something has gone wrong on our end.

Same here. I have not received the perk(socks) till today. Order placed during first week of February.

I got this email and redeem but yet no response . Do you have any idea where to share this issue where they can make their implementation on spam email issues.

Google is anyway spending so much money on this. They might as well help us with the tracking numbers and save us from the trouble.

I have not received my perk yet , I don’t have any tracking number .
