In any case, this seems to be a self solving issue. When have you added your photos?

Are you able to see the photos in your contribution?
I noticed that you have restricted access to your profile.
If you have marked the contributions as private that will not appear on the POIs.

It is indeed quite peculiar, should the option to add photo to the temple is available (but there is no photo to be found).
