Pls look in too this matter. It takes too much time why? … It’s location is not changing from 25th May. Now it’s September 8 . Already 6 and more week past. But not receive yet.

First of all if you haven’t already, please read “Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first”.
Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.
You’re not in this alone, a lot of people are having this issue and there is nothing to do other than wait.
You can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page.
But before you order a replacement please consider that it may take even longer to get.

Unfortunately I’ve never received the 1 awards that was to arrive by mail either. I tried emailing but it was kicked back as Undeliverable. It was several months ago. I finally just gave up. I certainly wish you better luck though!
