So im extremely high up Level 8 contributor, whenever i answer questions of queries that are posted publicly in restaurants or places, one answer goes through. Then google restricts my very next answer. Whenever i answer the next time, it just keeps loading and doesnt go through. This is happening on my phone and computer. Have they restricted my access to answer public questions on contribute? How can i fix this?

There are two types of questions on Google Maps. Those formulated by Maps users and those fact check questions formulated automatically by Google.
The answer depends on what type of questions.

I am having trouble with the User questions. Cant seem to reply to them, when i try to answer i get the following message. Please see attached photograph. Do you know how to fix this?
It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
Did you try it on an Android or IOS device? Iām guessing you are trying from your desktop.
From the screenshot it sounds like you are trying to post a question and not an answer, is that correct?
It might be helpful if you also shared a link to a place on Google Maps where you see the issue.
