TRAC is a Campaign THOUSAND ROAD ADDED CAMPAIGN. by Captain @SholaIB @PrasadVR and other TRAC leaders

Where we have teams and everyone team members contribute on adding road.

In 2026 it will start,I will inform you as it starts

Sorry to see no one answered your question since you asked in April @MasumKazi. TRAC is an acronym for Thousand Roads Added Campaign. It was an effort by a group of Local Guides to add 1000 roads, but as it has been repeated annually, the number has grown much higher. The main organizers are @SholaIB and @MarcoDavoli, with @PrasadVR playing a very active part in the 2025 edition. If you’re still interested, you can watch out for an announcement on Connect some time before March 2026.

Were you able to add many more roads beyond your initial 27? We can’t see, because you don’t have the link to your Google Maps profile switched on in your Connect profile.

So sorry that your question was left unanswered since April. We were busy with the campaign. It runs from March-May every year. We are very passionate about adding roads to Google Maps.

Thanks for sharing. You’re doing well, but should try some more roads again.
There’s also a place in your connect profile where you’d see this
“Display my Google Maps profile link publicly”. You can check the box next to it if you wish.

@tony_b I tried to add some more roads on maps but unfortunately nowadays my road addition isn’t getting approved. I checked that option ‘Display my Google Maps profile link publicly’ thanks for your help.

Don’t stop trying. Unfortunately this is a problem we’re all experiencing with low approval rates. A few get approved, and the others expire if they’re still pending after 90 days. We are all waiting and hoping Google soon improves the way the system works.
