Hi guys , how are you hope that all are fine and safe .Iam writing this post because of iam facing a problem that when I contribute in Google maps as fact check. I answered very honestly for the questions that in the form of fact checking and after I checked iam not getting the points for fact that I checked and the facts is also not sending that I checked i don’t know what is the problem .Iam facing this problem since from the signing of my contribution. In past days I thought that my problem will resolve in the next update but for next update nothing happens ,my problem is still there.i don’t know what to do i thing any one especially google moderators wil answer to post example like @KatieMcBroom or @TraciC

I see you have 42 fact checked on your profile @user_not_found . Make sure to have the last version of the app installed, the cache cleared and a good internet connection, when you check the fact, because all these elements can makes the submission difficult.
However, the biggest problem that you will probably face soon is totally different, and is related to photos
Please avoid to post duplicate and redundant photos across location. This way to contribute is not giving any benefit to the Google Maps users, and is against the the Maps User Contributed Content Policy., and will probably end on a removal from the local Guide Program. Your points will drop down, if you do that, but you will save your account and have the opportunity to contribute adding informations about the places. Adding a series of near duplicate photos have the same meaning of adding duplicate photos

The credit of points for the checked facts takes some time as informed in this solution
Further, can you inform in which region are you at present?
Can you check with your fellow LGs from your region whether they are facing a similar problem?
From your reviews, I find a change in the region.
And related to that I found another post informing me about a similar problem.

Iam very sorry I did a very big mistake .Can please tell me how to remain my points without decreasing and I want to contribute the photos that has very helpful to google maps plss reply to me mr @ErmesT

Your points will decrease when removing the useless photos, @user_not_found , but you will loose the points in any case, is the photos are removed by Google.
However, you may gain points again by contributing with helpful images.
