I just wanted to know that I have Super Popular today (5 hours back), but 
counts are only 975 on my profile.
Whether it is any glitch in the system or the count of likes are yet to be updated by the System.

That is because Connect keeps track of all your likes - also those given to that are no longer visible for different reasons. Don’t worry about it.

Hi @Sandeepnirvan , in Connect we see what we can see, is another way to say what explained by @MortenCopenhagen
E.g. you received a like for a reply on a post that was moved off topic, or simply on the street view board. If you cannot access the area where the like is, you cannot see the count on your profile.
This happen to everyone of us, so Congratulations
It could also be that someone un-liked previously liked posts @Sandeepnirvan
This could be due to various reasons - like by mistake.
