It was a fresh saury, I cooked sashimi and ate(^_^)
If it is not fresh saury, it can not be made into sashimi.
I’ve never tried sashimi, @EdoMac . In fact, I’ve just checked what sashimi is and it looks delicious:) Is your favorite sashimi made out of saury?
It would be really nice if next time you show us the cooked dish.
