Have you even been on a ‘perfect chocolate’ hunt? I have and you know what? I found it in most unexpected place - in San Francisco, during my visit in The Original Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop at Ghirardelli Square
I’ve had the most perfect chocolate hot fudge sundae and bought some chocolate to take back home to Poland. My supplies didn’t last long.

I have a favorite chocolate place a bit closer to Poland This is the Venchi Cioccolato e Gelato. There is even a chocolate wall there! Have you ever visited it?
@Roxie_foxie I heard about Ghirardelli before visiting San Francisco and I wasn’t disappointed! While pricey, the Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop is a must stop. It makes my mouth water everytime I think about it…

It was hard to choose, that’s true! I brought couple of different types with me to Poland.
I have been to Rome as a teenager and don’t remember much, except gelato was amazing. Thank you for recommending your favourite chocolate place in Rome, it looks amazing! I am adding it to my go to list as I am sure I will visit Rome again.
To take sweets to Poland is like taking wood to the forest @Roxie_foxie 
depending where you are in Poland, you can join the Meetup in Krakow if you like?!
we will eat a lot of sweets, but mainly donuts!
@TorM I know it’s hard to believe it, but to me Ghirardelli chocolate is as good as Belgian or Swiss if not better!
I’m in Poznań, but I definitely would come to the Meetup if I am nearby!

Hi @Roxie_foxie , I was planning in checking this place out but I didn’t know how good it was. I will make sure to buy lots of chocolates to take home then!
I will also have to try the hot fudge sundae, it looks very good
