Hello everyone!
My name is Liana. I’m 24 years old girl from Moscow.
I love Formula 1, Les Mills trainings and my team. The biggest part of my life takes my job. I’m administrative manager and purchasing specialist of yang engineering team. We design and build electric motorcycles for international and local competitions. This year, we even set a speed record on Lake Baikal this year as part of the world’s first speed festival, the Baikal Mile. I hope our team in nearest future will collect necessary experience and have opportunities to participate in famous motorcycles competition in Isle of Man in the class of TT Zero between electric motorcycles.
Like any person, I certainly enjoy traveling and visiting new places to explore the cultures of other countries or just dine in a new cafe that opened on a nearby street.
A few years ago, I started using Google maps to compile travel routes or just to get to the right place without mistakes. After some time, I began to notice that at some marks on the map, people share their impressions of the places they visited, add photos of dishes, new art galleries, or just information about whether there is access for the disabled or free parking. Reviews of other people help to make the right choice or avoid any disappointments associated with the chosen place. The Local Guides team will tell you what time the museum is closing or carefully advise you to take the nuts for squirrels before you and your family going to the park. This discovery went to my advantage, I enjoyed reading the reviews before visiting this or that institution. At some point, I thought “Feedbacks from other people helps me so much, why don’t I also try to share my impressions and be useful to society?” - Each of us regularly goes to cafes or fitness clubs, goes to parks, libraries, beauty salons or hospitals, we visit a huge number of different places. And I began to share my experience. So I joined the Local Guides community, because to write a few sentences and add a couple of photos is not so difficult, but for someone this information will be decisive. This is a great idea when people from all over the world help make maps more informative and useful, I’m glad to be a part of it.
