I travel constantly throughout the European continent for more than a decade, especially in my beautiful Italy, and I couldn’t organize my itineraries without the help of Google maps!
I love to review the shops where I make the best breakfasts or my favorite meals, and also all those points of interest that could make fall in love other travelers and photographers like me: urban and natural landscapes, monuments or street art. For example the windmills in Kinderdijk (Netherlands), the tour of the Oslo Fjord (Sweden), the streets in Pest (Hungary), breath the atlantic ocean reaching the end of Douro’s river in Oporto (Portugal). And what about my “bella Italia”? Have you ever visited Rome and the Vatican City? I visited the area of the gulf of Naples four times in the same year: the city of Naples, Pompei, Ercolano, the islands of Ischia and Procida where I left a piece of heart. Go in Procida and eat freshly caught fish directly from the boat to the pan, yummy!
Often many activities, especially in Italy, do not even know to be listed on Google maps and so I like to update informations about contacts or opening hours to facilitate customers and why not let them do new business.
I do a lot of sport and explore many trails in the mountains and I love discovering a monument that has not yet been cataloged by Google: it’s always nice to put a “flag” on the maps and think of being like the explorers who discovered new places centuries ago… Nice!
