I did't received my perk

Why my perk is not delivered after 6 weeks.There is no notification regarding the perk.

Hi @Ayush_kumar912 I’m sorry to hear that your perk has not been delivered. I guess you’re talking about socks. Did you fill out a form to get the socks from an email from Local Guides?

Ok then, one of the Googlers will be in touch @Ayush_kumar912 . Delivery can take a long time and the socks are sent out in batches.

They might take a couple of days to get to you because Connect is very busy at the moment with the announcement of Connect Live 2020.

hi @DeniGu @Aruni my redemption code generated on 08/02/2019. redeemed on 13/02/2019. received confirmation on 13/02/2019. order no. REDACTED. TILL NOW NOTHING IS RECEIVED. will the order be delivered in my lifetime?

Dear sir/madam,

I was just going through the posts of other esteemed local guides expressing their happiness and gratitude on receiving their local guide perk. I was one-such fortunate fellow who was supposed to receive one, but I regret to inform you that I am totally disappointed for not having received it. I request you that such promises wouldn’t be made in the future with any other deserving local-guides.

Don’t let your motivation lose out. If you were supposed to get a perk you will surely get. I request you check your inbox, spam, promotions and Important folders for information on your perk. It may have delayed due to ongoing lockdown and travel restrictions all around the world. If it has been dispatched, then expect it to be delivered to you after lockdown and normalization of services. If the perk was a digital service then I suggest you searching for it in your mail associated with your Local Guide account. @ErmesT I request your view in this problem.

My redemption code is LGPV493178 which I redeemed on 13th May 2019, but I haven’t received the perk.

I never received my perk either. In fact, I got the confirmation email in May(the same time as yours). I sent a reply too but I never received a response.
