I didn't receive my socks, and I don't know where to find my redemption code

I got the oder confirmation email on 8/oct/2019 and it said the socks would arrive in up to 6 weeks.
I waited more time because international packages sometimes take more time to arrive here in Brazil, but they still haven’t arrived :disappointed:

The FAQ tells me to insert my redemption code, but I don’t know what it is and where to get it. I think I deleted the email that had the redemption code, I only have the Order Confirmation and “What did you think?” emails.

Is there still hope for me?
