I redeemed my Google pin gift on 16th March 2023 and got a mail that this item will deliver in 6 weeks. But still I can’t get it.

If you haven’t already, please read "Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first".
If you can, check for the location of the package at your post office.
Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.
If you don’t manage to find out where it is, you can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page
