I received an email stating, “You’ve unlocked a special reward”. It initially couldn’t be redeemed because said “You cannot redeem now. Try later.”
Now it says"It looks like this offer has expired.", but the deadline is until 25th of September.
How can I get my gift?
Welcome to local guides connect forum. Sorry about your issue with the code and congratulations all the same. The best thing to do in this case is to tag a moderator and I hardly know which one though. Perhaps anyone of them will do.

@ismailakbas This is currently a known issue. Can you confirm what happens when you input your unique code and email into the “Why doesn’t my redemption code work?” and submit on the FAQs page?
Also not urgent, but when you get a chance, can you please change the label to ‘How to’ instead of ‘Achievement’ for this post? It will make it easier for us to find since the ‘How to’ board is designed for posts related to questions and issues.
