Thank you, yes I pass all steps, in my android phone everything is ok with same account, but in iPhone no, I update that and remove and reinstall, but problem not solved, when I try to review google say can’t be reviewed!!!

Please be aware that if you do not tag a member, there is a chance that your reply goes unnoticed. To tag someone, you just need to digit the symbol @ and the username without space between them.
About your question, can you share screenshots of what you see in the app and of the message or notification you receive?
Please also share more details about the version of the app you are using and the version of the operative system so we can try to help you.

@Giu_DiB first screenshot my post button is off ! Second screenshot google say can’t be reviewed! But in android device with same account everything is ok
It would be really helpful if you would always use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
And we know who you are responding to.

I looked at your profile to maybe spot what the problem could be. It is restricted so there is not much to see. From the screenshots you shared it could be related to sharing redundant photos. Near similar photos should not be added to Google Maps.
Commercial videos with text in frame wil be taken as spam most likely.
But it is still strange that the issue only affects one platform.

For what concerns the first screenshot you shared, I agree with @MortenCopenhagen concerns about some of the photos being duplicates or near duplicates, and about the other pictures being considered possible spam or promotional content. In both cases, that goes against our Maps User Contributed Content Policy and against our Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully if you want to avoid a disciplinary action against your account.
About the second screenshot, I see that the specific location you are trying to review can’t be reviewed and that should be the same outcome, regardless the operative system you are using. Are you saying you are able to review that very same psychiatric hospital from Android?

Yes, if this problem occurred in both systems, I knew where the problem came from, but it only exists in the iPhone.
