From the starting i am not getting any check the facts , even though i am near the places and lots of edits are done by people , how can i see check the facts , is their any bug in the app due to which it is not showing anymore ?

In practice is it currently not possible to check facts for the Factfinder badges.
You may find my post on How to check some facts - these days! helpful.
Also, please pay special attention to this update.
