Whay I can’t add a new places to google maps ?

This is potentially a temporary problem which should be ok within a few days. We faced similar problem in Bangladesh last week.

Apart from temporary issues that can be caused for various reasons as mentioned by the others. Not all features are available in all areas. Not everyone can add to Maps @Ali-Almarrani . This can be because of UN or USA sanctions on technology and other reasons.
