I found this another error while using FAQ page. I try from mobile and laptop both and also changed browser but can’t resolve pleas help of anyone know proper way.

Thanks for reaching out. I wanted to check if you were able to redeem the reward. If not, you can follow these troubleshooting tips:

  • Your unique code is case sensitive; try copy and pasting the code directly from the email invitation
  • Try using an incognito/private window or a different browser, or clearing your cache
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable
