I Cannot give likes on comments on one computor

Hello Guys facing a problem for last 3 months on my one computor I cannot edit my comments cannot give likes to others comments this problem is facing only one computer, remaining computers and on Mobile phone every thing is Normal

What steps I have taken

1- I have cleared history and cache

2- Change my browser to Opera fire fox internet explorer and edge Now using Google Chromeon windows 10

3-Deleted all temp files and tempraror internet files

4- Last and final uninstall windows and install from another CD

But nothing worked for me. I need help @ErmesT , @MashaPS , @KatyaL

Hi @Muhammad_Usman

It seems you are experiencing a weird situation. I am on Chrome on a Windows 10 desktop, with no issues. BTW, if I understand correctly, this is not an issue related to your account, because you have no issues with all your other devices, nor to Connect. So, what remain, is probably the device itself.

What is different between this device and the other you have, in terms of installed software? Do you have a pop-up blocker, or something similar running on your machine, that can effect the visualization and/or the integration with the widgets?

We had a similar issue times ago and, if I remember correctly, the origin of the issue was a blocker

Can you please also make another test? @Muhammad_Usman

We can give a like of a post opening the post, but also on the preview, like the main page of Connect of the profile of a user. Do you have an issue also giving likes on the preview?

@ErmesT Thanks for you concern I just Installed new windows don’t have any blocker even didn’t Install any thing and Issue was same

@ErmesT For post likes and preview likes no problem every thing is normal problem only wit comments I cannot edit my comments and cannot like others comments three dots on all comments are not showing

Could you please confirm if disability for giving likes on one of your computers still persists?

I just wonted to inform you that we couldn’t replicate what you are facing. Also from what you reported is clear that it is not account related.
