I tell you how to update Google Chrome
To update Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you can’t find this button, you’re on the latest version.
- Click Relaunch.

Is not easy to identify the situation from here, it seems it could be a connectivity issue as well. Do you have a stable connection? Are you using mobile data or a Wi-Fi network?
Have you tried to follow @C_T 's suggestion to clear cache and cookies or @ismailemir 's tip to update Chrome?
Let us know if that helped.
@Giu_DiB I am using wifi and followed what our other friends said and the problem still persists. I tried from a different device but the result is still the same.

If you already deleted cache and cookies, updated your browser, tried from another device and from another connection, I suggest you try opening the nomination form using an incognito window.
If that doesn’t help, please try again in few days and let us know how it goes.
