I note an “approved” entry in the screenshot. Thus, the problem doesn’t appear to be generic.
Trust, you have read this article to understand the mechanism of automated processing of edits.
Further, if you attempt repeat edits for the same place, the system may tag you as a spammer thus affecting the success of future edits.
Also, I find 50 out of 51 reviews posted by you are visible to the public.
Only one is not visible.
For that, please verify the content in the that one and ensure those are compliant to “Maps user-contributed content policies” as here.
https://support.google.com/contributionpolicy/answer/7422880?hl=en. Once you remove that, the review will become visible to all.
