Why i am not seeing my drive space go to 100 GB , offer given on local guide, i already crossed level 4 of local guide.

What are you speaking about is probably part of Google One Offer. You can read about it here: How to Redeem Google One Offer.
Can you tell us where exactly is the problem? The Free Trial offer should have been sent via your Gmail (Pl keep your Google Perks Option = ON). Have you received this email?
Hi @VitB It looks like he is referring to Google Drive perk. Let me add few words with your reply.

Yeah he could also meant this one. But this one ended long time ago as you said. And also he is not even level 4. Well lets see what he meant if he replies.
