My name is Maria Teresa, I am Level 6 Local Guide, from Bolivia.
I really love to share experiences from the different places I have been to, I do this through photos, videos and informative comments on Google Maps. I share this hoping that other people who see the pictures, videos and comments and therefore, feel more comfortable going to a place they have never been to before.
That is why all the photos and videos that I upload to Google maps are never edited, because I want people to see the reality of the place, so that they can see exactly what I saw at that moment and in the same way to value it and give comments on some site. This is why I am always very sincere, I write all the information based on my own personal experience. In this way, I think about how the place made me feel since the beginning to the end. I check the environment and I often include stuff like the waiting time in a restaurant or museum, the quality of the service and the price range. I am very proud to be a local Guide because I feel that I help many people, but more or less in a secret way, because they do not know me, but they are guided by my photos and comments and that helps them make decisions.
That’s why I always pay close attention that the photos have good quality, that the videos are not too long and really show what people are looking for, as well as to give sincere comments and appreciation of each place.
I really hope that my photos, videos and comments can help people who feel insecure to go somewhere they don’t know and not to miss a great opportunity, because I think that every corner of the world is wonderful and one should always go and discover new places instead of only heard about them.
