I am very happy to announce that I am now a level 9 local guide. Such an achievement at the beginning of the new year is a great pleasure for me. I am very proud to reach level 9.
I had to go through a lot of hard times to get from level 8 to 9. Hopefully I can make more qualitative contributions to Google Maps in the up coming days.

The next level is a high jump really and itâs the double of your current point. It took me about a year to climb to level 10 from 9. How long did it take you to reach level 9 from 8?

Yes ! Itâs a long road, but itâs possible although itâs not all about the points or level yet itâs all part of it. If you focus too much on the level when you get to level 10 you will be disoriented. As a level 10 LG I am more interested in the quality of contributions and the aspect I enjoy most.
If you focus more on contributing and quality contributions at that,you will achieve the levels quicker. Your contributions will be more meaningful as well.
Tips to achieve the next level,make sure you contribute everyday even though its a point.
What contributions or aspect of the maps do you enjoy or like the most?
Choose a career you enjoy most and you will not have to work for one day. Therefore make contributions you enjoy the most and your points will multiply.
I love .editing the maps. Thatâs broad though,it includes;
Recently I have started drawing roads and Iâm enjoying it so much. Happy Mapping and guiding.

Tips: Contribute regularly. Write long review (minimum 200 character). Maintain the quality work.
