Yes, I tried to amend the name because it contains an explicit and clear insult, and the amendment was not accepted @iyudhi

So I’ve tried to edit the name to the one shown in the pictures of the outside of the shop. Also the website linked @Anadozry , do you think it’s there just to mock the store?
@Lukas_1 When I asked the question to the store owner, he states that the account is linked to the email of a former employee of theirs, and he manipulates and abuses it every once in a while

Oh okay, well maybe @iyudhi could try to evaluate if it’s worth escalating this to someone competent. Guessing they would need to find the one who did the edit and try to prevent their further actions. Don’t know if that’s really possible.
@Lukas_1 I do not know, but according to the owner of the store, the employee does not work for them, and the ownership of the activity is registered on the employee’s email, and he is manipulating as a form of revenge
@Anadozry That’s definitely a good sign. Can you suggest for the owner to claim their business and switch the email linked to the business? It’s pointless if we fix it, then the former employee just abuse it again. The Google Business Help Community might be a better place to ask about this issue https://support.google.com/business/community

So I’ve tried to remove the web and just got it approved - it will disappear in a day or so. But the rename got almost instantly rejected. Sorry

@iyudhi It states that he is not an expert in technology and that the current name has the right to damage and abuse his activity. A suggestion that if the file is suspended, the former employee will not be able to manipulate again

Given that the current owner is the rightful owner and he wants to prevent his former employee from messing with the listing he will need to claim it via the Google Business Profile program. But I will need to check if the program is available in your country. Hang on. According to https://support.google.com/business/answer/6270107?hl=en it is available in Saudia Arabia. So the owner should be able to use the forms provided to take back ownership. The procedure is explained here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671?hl=en
If the owner is not motivated, then forget about it. If the owner needs help you can offer to help him, @Anadozry But you will need to do so from the owners Google account and not your account. It will take some time, and he will need to provide some evidence. And I suggest you also describe who the past employee is and the relationship between them.

@MortenCopenhagen I returned to him a while ago and offered him assistance, and he stated that he had submitted the claim before, and he was contacted via a direct video call, and he was refused, because the current name is different from the name on the shop sign or sign. It sure sounds like he has been doing exactly what I expected should be done.
My best suggestion would be that we try to fix the issue that prevented him from taking back the listing during the video call.
Maybe your present will help but I doubt it.
Should we try to fix the current name? If so please provide the correct name in both Arabic and English.
If we all try to get the edit approved we might be successful. But there are no guarantees.
Alternatively, I would raise the case and attach relevant documentation while contacting GBP here. If you go this route, please all the relevant info upfront.
