Como preparar estos deliciosos Huevos Motuleños:?
Guisar en aceite de oliva 2 huevos termino medio y estrellados se bañan con salsa de tomate, se le colocan unos chicharos, también se guisan 2 plátanos machos, que se colocan al lado de los huevos. Se acompañan de una ensalada verde preparada con lechuga, zanahoria, arándanos, tomate cherry y mayonesa. También de unos frijoles refritos, con queso seco.

I don’t know if it’s easy to prepare (as you say) but it sure looks delicious. I will try it next time I’m home and I will let you know the outcome.
