Can you please provide more information on how your level changed? Did you lose points? If possible, can you share a screenshot as well so we can assist better?

P.S.: In order to raise a concern with our team, you just need to tag me or any other moderator. You can do it by putting the symbol “@” in front of our nicknames. This way we get a notification and we will be able to assist sooner. I will move your post to a separate thread on our How-tos board, as it doesn’t fit the current discussion.
