And it says that you added 20 or 70 weeks of information.
How is this counter considered? every day or week?

It may be a translation issue and if so (let’s check) it would be something to report to the Local Guides Team so they can fix this.
In English, the Google Local Guides report talks about the longest uninterrupted contribution period. So when I make at least one contribution each week, for 6 weeks long and then get the flu, stay in bed and do nothing for more than a week, the contribution flow was interrupted and the system would record 6 weeks. Although I don’t speak your language, it looks like your longest streak of contributions was 26 weeks. In other words, 26 weeks in a row you did not stop to contribute…
I hope this makes sense.

Учитывается неделя, если вы добавляете информацию (фотографии, отзывы, ответы на вопросы и т.д.) хотя бы один раз на этой неделе. Если неделя прошла, вы ничего не добавили, то отсчет недель начинается сначала.
