What should be done to avoid posting the pics in inappropriate mode? I am posting pics clicked by my smart phone samsung S8+ but they are appearing horizontally.pls help

@NandiniR , thanks for asking me about this. Unfortunately I have not used this phone so no Idea about this. However, doing some research on this and will definitely let you know the solution if any.

Orientation of photo is an information included in the standard EXIF file of your picture. BTW, some phone use a different way for managing the orientation so, when you upload them, your photos can appear rotate by 90 degrees.
My suggestion is to upload for free your photos at high resolution on Google Photo. In there you can see the real orientation of your picture, and rotate it
